With more than 20 years of trial experience, Jay Silver concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and intellectual property. During Mr. Silver's career, he has litigated a variety of multi-million dollar cases across the country. He represents clients in a broad spectrum of copyright, patent, trademark and licensing cases. He regularly prosecutes and defends clients in a variety of trade secret and software development issues. His experience also includes extensive representation of financial institutions in defense of lender liability and ERISA fiduciary issues. 

Mr. Silver has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation in 2010 and the three years immediately preceding. He is listed in the 2009 edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for Litigation Law.
