Dan Schulof focuses his practice on technology litigation law, representing technology firms in complex business litigation matters including licensing disputes and disputes with former employees. Mr. Schulof also has experience representing commercial policyholders in insurance-related disputes and conducting internal investigations. He has represented clients before both state and federal courts, litigating numerous cases through trial and on appeal.
While in law school, Mr. Schulof was a Field Placement Extern for the Honorable Julie Carnes, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and Notes & Comments Editor of the Emory Law Journal.
