Anson Keller has several decades of experience in environmental regulation and litigation. Mr. Keller began his practice with a New York City litigation law firm specializing in newspaper and defamation law and then joined the United States Environmental Protection Agency as Associate General Counsel. Mr. Keller's private practice has included litigation and administrative proceedings concerning toxic chemicals under the various environmental statutes, including OSHA, FIFRA, the CWA, the National Environmental Policy Act ("NEPA"), the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act ("RCRA"), and the Clean Air Act ("CAA"). During the last ten years, he has been intensely involved in assisting several cities, counties, and private entities who were under Consent Decrees for violations of the CWA and is very familiar with the engineering and scientific, as well as the legal issues involved in waste water treatment systems.
