Robert Hensley concentrates his practice on advising clients on matters relating to election law, campaign finance, corporate compliance and government ethics at both state and federal levels.

Mr. Hensley has extensive experience conducting internal investigations, representing clients before state and federal administrative agencies, defending employment discrimination lawsuits, advising clients on employee relations issues and representing employers on union matters.

Mr. Hensley regularly advises government contractors on federal, state and municipal "pay-to-play" disclosure rules and restrictions. He implements and advises clients on political law compliance programs and corporate compliance programs. Mr. Hensley also represents clients as a lobbyist before state and local legislative and executive bodies and represents clients before state and federal administrative and regulatory agencies. He has successfully represented numerous employers in federal civil rights law suits, as well as represented national employers before the National Labor Relations Board.
