Candace Fowler practices in the area of commercial real estate, with particular emphasis in the areas of portfolio dispositions and acquisitions, and equity and institutional investment in real estate. Ms. Fowler is the leader of the Real Estate Investment and Development team and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Ms. Fowler regularly advises clients in investments in real estate assets in a variety of jurisdictions throughout the country (including multi-family, office and mixed use developments, as well as land development). She also counsels clients in acquisitions, sales and development joint ventures.

Ms. Fowler was listed in The Best Lawyers in America^® for Real Estate Law in 2010 and each of the four years immediately preceding. She was named a 2009 Georgia “Super Lawyer” in Real Estate law by SuperLawyers magazine and listed in the 2009 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for Real Estate.
