Lisa Dixon concentrates her practice in corporate sales, acquisitions, finance, and general corporate law, including contract preparation and review, as well as the establishment of corporate compliance programs. In particular, Ms. Dixon regularly advises government vendors on compliance with state and municipal disclosure rules and regulations.

Ms. Dixon has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of the corporate acquisition process, including negotiating, structuring, documenting, and financing such transactions.

Ms. Dixon also has significant commercial real estate experience. She has handled property acquisitions, financing, and leasing, along with other aspects of development, for projects throughout the Southeast. She is AV^® rated by Martindale-Hubbell.*
