Greg Cinnamon focuses his practice on domestic and cross border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, investments, commercial transactions, and business operations.
Prior to entering law school, he was an internal auditor with RJR/Nabisco. In 1991 and 1992, Mr. Cinnamon was on assignment to a leading Tokyo law firm where he had significant responsibility in a number of transactions involving cross-border investment and business operations, international finance, and international securities.
Mr. Cinnamon was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 for Corporate Law. He was also named as one of Georgia Trend's 2008 "Legal Elite" for Business Law. He was recognized as a 2008 Georgia "Super Lawyer" in the areas of International and Mergers & Acquisitions law by SuperLawyers magazine and was named as a top "Dealmaker" of 2008 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
