Vanessa Blake focuses her practice on patent litigation and patent prosecution.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Blake was an associate at a New York IP Boutique. She also interned at the Genetics and Health Policy center created in conjunction with the Law and Medical Schools at Vanderbilt University, where she conducted research on the existence and potential effects of genetic discrimination in the workplace. Ms. Blake also interned at the Borwell Research Institute at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center while at Dartmouth. There she assisted in research related to transcriptional kinetics. She also served as an intern at Centocor, Inc. a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson that focuses on monoclonal antibody research.
