Served as lead counsel on behalf of Nibbi Brothers Construction and DFPF in litigation seeking coverage of complex claims of construction defects. After attempting to settle claims with the insurance carriers we negotiated a settlement without the carriers’ contribution, brought bad faith actions against the insurance companies, and forced a settlement of all defense costs plus nearly all of the contractor’s claims not recovered by the settlement with the owner.
