Represented two subsidiaries of Harley-Davidson Corporation that are responsible for originating, financing and servicing loans made in connection with the purchase of Harley-Davison motorcycles.  The plaintiff contends that certain late charges and other fees imposed in connection with loans to South Carolina residents violate the South Carolina Consumer Protection Code.  The district court granted summary judgment on all claims against our client and the Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the majority of his claims. The parties are now engaged in class certification discovery on Plaintiff's remaining claim.  Case pending.
