Represented the creditors' committee and now plan trustee for Vesta Insurance Group Inc. in connection with its liquidation.  The firm assisted with reaching a complex multi-million dollar claim settlement with the Texas Insurance Commissioner.  The plan trustee obtained a multi-million dollar settlement of a lawsuit handled by the firm against former officers for breach of fiduciary duties.
