Defended a major retailer in a lawsuit brought by a former employee alleging violations of Title VII, wrongful discharge, and negligent retention/supervision.  Plaintiff's claims were dismissed.  Client won counterclaim for conversion and unjust enrichment and was awarded litigation costs.  Plaintiff's appeal to the Fourth Circuit was dismissed.
