The firm served as lead counsel for Equifax, one of the United States' largest credit reporting agencies, in claims brought by Collinbrook Mortgage Company that alleged that it went out of business as a result of fraudulent loans that it approved due to the criminal activities of an Equifax employee. After discovery, summary judgment was granted in Equifax's favor.
