Maintaining inclusion as a basic tenet within our workplace is a top priority at
Kilpatrick Stockton. We are committed to sustaining an environment where the

Diversity Presence
- We offer domestic partner benefits to lawyers and staff at the Firm.
- We offer flex-time or reduced-hour policies for those who seek alternate schedules to accommodate work/life balance needs.
- By 2007, over 20 of our partners will be on reduced-hour schedules, and several of those partners were on reduced-hour schedules at the time of their election as partners.
- A full-time day care center is available to employees in our Atlanta office through collaborative efforts with another local law firm.
- WomenREACH, our women's initiative program, offers training, development, and networking opportunities to our women attorneys at all levels.
- The firm sponsors affinity gatherings of women attorneys and minority attorneys, as well as EncourAGE, which is a forum to address age-related concerns.
- The firm also sponsors diversity celebrations, Lunch 'n' Learns and other activities in each of its offices.
- All junior associates are provided a coach – a senior attorney who serves as an invaluable guide to help direct the strategic planning and progress of an attorney’s career.
